LDSF Custom Apparel

ORDERING INFORMATION - Last Updated 9/12/2014

ABOUT MY LDSF FUNDRAISER:

I will be racing Ironman Florida on November 1st in LDSF custom triathlon apparel since I am raising awareness and donations for Loeys-Dietz Syndrome (LDS). Please take heart and donate at www.crowdrise.com/imfl.

ORDERING INFO:

Apparel will be ordered through LDSF's custom apparel provider Pactimo (www.pactimo.com).

See bottom of this page for artwork on the custom apparel. Artwork was designed by Megan Rhee of LDSF. We created running singlets, cycling apparel, and triathlon apparel.

[UPDATED 9/12/2014] Store is OFFICIALLY CLOSED for orders. Production of the apparel takes about 5 weeks. Items are currently in production are expected to ship in mid-October.

We need to have a minimum of 5 of each item type for one of the genders (they waved this requirement for us where we need 5 per gender). So we need say a minimum of 5 men's cycling jerseys and we can order just a few women's cycling jerseys. If we don't meet that, we may need order all men's to try to get the 5 minimum.

We may order extras to meet the 5 minimum and sell to others in the future. If we don't achieve, minimum of 5 per item type, we may not be able to order them at this time.

PACTIMO INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Customers should make certain their items ordered including quantities and sizes are exactly what are desired.

• All sales entered and paid for on Pactimo’s Online Team Store are FINAL.
• No CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS.
• Quantities or garment type CANNOT be changed once an order is paid for.

2. Clothing cost, Shipping Cost (2% of Merchandise) and $9.00 Handling Fee are
paid for in full at the time the order is placed.

3. Your clothing manager has selected the Pactimo Individual Shipping Program
for all orders to be shipped directly to each team member. It is IMPORTANT to
confirm your Continental USA Ship To Address before finalizing your order, as this is the only shipping option for your order.

4. All questions or problems related to the clothing must be communicated through the designated team clothing manager.

5. Team Passwords must be obtained through your team’s clothing manager and
not directly from Pactimo.

6. All other Pactimo policies available through our online ordering systems apply.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE LDSF TEAM STORE

1. Go to: https://teamstore.pactimo.com/stores/select

2. Enter Team’s Store Password (Loeys-Dietz in the TEAM STORE SIGN IN window. Password is case sensitive.

3. Enter store with your existing personal Login or follow instructions to create a new personal account in the Team Store.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Items can be shipped to individuals directly from Pactimo to Canada, U.S., Australia, and Japan. See next line about U.K.

Pactimo can ship to the U.K.; however, it may only be to one address. Therefore, someone in the U.K. needs to be in charge of collecting the orders & payments and processing it through the LDSF Team Store. Then they need to ship to individuals in U.K.

For other countries, you can pay me through PayPal. I will place order for you, and I will ship to you. Please email me or send me a Facebook message what you want to order. I will send you a PayPal bill. Once it comes in sometime in October, I will package up and ship to you. I will then invoice you again for the cost of shipping.

For those getting items shipped directly from Pactimo, there will be a $9.00 fee you pay in Team Store. So, for people in same city/region, one person should put in the order to save on shipping costs!

Prices below do NOT include the 10% discount we will be getting. Prices below are for 24 or less of each item. If we get a count of over 25 of any one item, there is a very small price reduction for that particular item.

Triathlon Apparel: Mako
Tri Top: $69 (Men's and Women's)
Tri Bottom: $74 (Men's and Women's)

Cycling Apparel: Ascent
Cycling Top: $84 (Men's and Women's)
Women's Short: $86
Men's Bib Short $89 (no regular cycling short for men's available)

Running Singlets: $36(Men's and Women's)

SIZE CHART:

Sizing for Men's Tops: Based on sizes listed in chart, Men's Tops are fairly correct. HOWEVER, cycling shirt is "race cut" so it is on snug size. If you size up one, shirt fits nicely and not baggy. If you want it baggy, do 2 sizes up. Tri Top is snug but sizing up could possibly be too loose for swimming.

Sizing for Women's Tops: Based on sizes listed in chart, Women's tops may be running a hair small. HOWEVER, cycling shirt is "race cut" so it is on snug size. If you size up one, shirt fits nicely.

Sizing for Men's and Women's Bottoms: Sizes on chart are correct.

ARTWORK:

The FINAL artwork of the custom apparel are shown below for the Men's cut. Women's design are similar (see Team Store for all views). Only difference is Women's cycling shorts are regular shorts. Click on images to see larger views:
